English translation of review: THE NECROVOMITS "Ghoulish Grotesqueries" (EP 2025) What a pleasure it is to listen to a band that has so much that is unique. The sound transports me to demo tapes from the 80s and early 90s, with that homemade, primitive atmosphere, but still very professional. Added to that is the combination of a kind of Black, Thrash, and Speed with a very early form of Death Metal, with lots of tapping, some Floyd Rose excursions, and an unbeatable, catchy drum performance that makes this production make you want to jump against your walls as if you were in the middle of a pogo/slam. Six songs that won’t leave you alone, but will keep echoing in your head again and again. A good demo EP.
